Xenograft Tumor Models for Oncology Studies
MB Biosciences offer tumor cell line-derived xenograft (CDX) models, orthotopic mouse model and patient-derived tumor xenografts mouse models.
Tumor cell line derived tumor xenograft (CDX) models are widely used for preclinical test to evaluate the efficacy of anti-tumor therapeutics and study the mechanisms of action in the biologic processes in oncology. CDX models are established by inoculating variety of tumor cell lines into immunodeficient mice. The cells can be implanted subcutaneously, intravenously or orthotopically to induce tumors growth.
